This trip taught me a valuable lesson: travel during the off-season. While Santorini in November was a bit chilly and many shops were closed, the lack of crowds made the island incredibly peaceful and comfortable. The flexible free time was excellent (provided I resisted the temptation of optional excursions), offering a relaxed yet adventurous experience (I got lost a few times while driving along the Santorini route). Everything was a novel and enjoyable experience. The only minor regret was that Turkey was only briefly visited; I only explored Istanbul and missed many of Turkey's famous landmarks. A more in-depth trip to Turkey in the future is definitely in order. PS: It was great that there was no shopping in Greece. The two shopping trips in Turkey were a bit of a waste of time; the same locations could have been combined into one trip.

I used this service for my trip from Kaohsiung to Nangang. I found a promotion on another website where one ticket was free for two people traveling to Taichung, so I booked tickets from Kaohsiung to Taichung (1,661 yen per person) and from Taichung to Nangang (3,166 yen per person), allowing me to travel to Taipei for a total of 4,827 yen one way! I had to change seats in Taichung, but I was very happy with the low cost!
