It was a very nice tour. First the waterfalls. Later Joel took us to Fiji museum and near park. We enjoyed it much.

This trip was for my parents, and they were generally satisfied. However, regarding the tax refund, the tour leader told them it would be processed in 7 days. On the day they returned, I asked them if they needed proof of payment, and they said no. The tour leader told them that filling out a form was enough and the money would be refunded. Now the tour leader is denying all of this, and I have my doubts. Anyway, words are no proof, so I emailed the tax refund company myself. They informed me that they couldn't find any information about this refund using my card number, name, or passport number. This shows how inefficient this so-called "experienced" tour leader is! Oh well, the refund is probably not coming. This tour leader needs to be better managed in other areas as well. I won't dwell on that incident... In other aspects, including the itinerary and bookings, my parents were very satisfied with Ctrip!
