I bought a 20-day, 30GB SIM card to use in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Bali, and it worked perfectly. If I remember correctly, the two cards we got cost us €17, and they worked flawlessly. eSIM came online shortly after we landed in Medan & signal / speed was relatively stable through the next 8 days when we were in Lake Toba / Samosir / Medan. The only grip was the eSIM that was installed on my son's phone was acting up on the last 2 days & he was 'compelled' to get a new eSIM for that last 2 days. Not sure what happened there as the eSIMs installed on my wife & my phone did not experienced the same issues.

Was handy having the larger gig per day as I tend to watch a lot of shows while travelling ! Had no issues installing and it was great, except for areas of Bali that had low coverage but it still worked! Just a bit slower with buffering - hotel wifi helped to make up the difference. Had no issues with installation nor usage and would recommend.

I used it in Amed, Bali. The roaming carrier was XL, but the connection was fine. Download speed was 70Mbps, which was good. I had a 0.5GB/day plan, but I was able to use it for 24 hours from the start of the connection. Installing the eSIM was a one-touch operation through the Trip.com app. Device used: Google Pixel 7a
