Both places are a must-see :) The trip was very enjoyable, although there's probably more going on around the monastery, and you can walk more and breathe in the mountain air. Nevertheless, it's a great place for a moment of reflection and pause. Boyana Church, on the other hand, is an interesting journey through time and a spiritual experience... I recommend it ;) Your guide is perfect!

The monastery was very beautiful and the 7 Rila lakes was amazing as well the walk is about 2-3 hours and very beautiful. The guide made a good atmosphere in the car and the people were also very nice
