Our Taiwanese tour guide, Mr. Chen, was truly excellent. This was the first time he'd asked me to leave a review on Ctrip. Perhaps because it was a high-end tour, there were only nine passengers. The plane was two-thirds empty when we went. Only nine people on the bus! The other members of our group were truly amazing!!! You get what you pay for; I always book five-star or private tours on Ctrip, and the quality is consistently guaranteed. Whether visiting the National Palace Museum, the Buddhist Temple, Alishan, or Sun Moon Lake, Mr. Chen always led us to avoid peak seasons. Our trip was very comfortable!★

Exceptional scenery, both along Lake Como and then by train through the mountain landscapes. We had magnificent weather. A must-do. It's a shame the time in St. Moritz was so short, only one hour. Thank you to our guide, Marina. We were a small group, which was perfect.★

This Italy–Bernina–St. Moritz one-day tour was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable. Everything was very well organized. The guide was excellent — spoke clearly, easy to understand for international travelers, always friendly, smiling, and very service-minded.
A special highlight was that the guide arranged and reserved a full train carriage exclusively for our group, making the journey comfortable and stress-free. Communication via WhatsApp was also very helpful, especially for foreign travelers who may have difficulty making local calls. It was reassuring in case of slight delays or trouble finding the meeting point, as the Italian train system can be a bit confusing.
The Bernina train ride itself was breathtaking, with stunning views of mountains, snow, lakes, and spectacular landscapes throughout the journey. Fellow travelers were lovely, creating a great atmosphere.
