I had a fantastic time with Michael. He was engaging and passionate about Xian as well as the food. We walked through a local market to buy some produce for our cooking and then had the most fun making the noodles and toppings. I especially loved the pig skin jelly and the raw garlic and soy/salt/vinegar/sesame oil sauce! Afterwards, we got to eat everything - it tasted soooo good! Highly recommend this experience!!

We had a wonderful evening with Amber in the Muslim district. The stops were well chosen, the food authentic and delicious, Amber was welcoming, enthusiastic & very informative. Thank you! Note that the booking process was not helpful and that the tour started 30 min before with a different guide than stated on the info we had received. Amber did get us fully caught up fortunately.

The building was built specifically for this show. The stage and auditorium were designed so that the seats moved forward along with the changing theatrical scenes and sets. The show's scope is impressive: lighting effects, sound immersion, acrobatic stunts, and synchronized performances.
