I used it again from Sapa to Hanoi. It was just so great. They dropped me off at the bus stop, and then dropped me off in front of my hotel by minivan. It was so great. They dropped me off in both Sapa and Hanoi by minivan!★

I really liked this company's service! I needed a ride from Sapa to the airport. They contacted us promptly, met us at the hotel, and took us to the bus by minibus. There were plenty of stops along the way, allowing us to use the restroom and grab a bite to eat.★

Very friendly family run Homestay , close to walking street and the room is clean , walk thru alley and no cars pass by but accessible with motorcycle★

The seat/ bed is confortable. But there is no pick up from hotel to bus's office and no free sending to the destination hotel as described in the advertisement.
