We met at the Maya Walk building in San Ignacio at 6:45am then took a very nice shuttle to the border and were walked across to our guide Christian and driver Walter. They were fantastic! Because it was a very small group (just my friend and myself as it was a weekday in what they call the slow season) they asked if we had breakfast yet. We hadn’t so they said they would stop at the best along the way. They called ahead and had a table all set for us. The traditional Guatemalan breakfast was delicious (not covered by the tour but 100% worth it if they say they have time)!
We got to Tikal and Christian did an awesome job answering countless questions and explaining the history! He also gave multiple times for us to explore the different areas on our own as well and did not rush us. We left and had lunch at a beautiful spot on the way back which was very tasty! We made it back to San Ignacio around 4:15pm without a glitch. Would totally recommend this company and these guides!★

Had a wonderful day being canoed through a magnificent cave! Ended with a swim in the crystal clear water that flows into the caves. The water is filled with a variety of small to mid size fish and a saw a midsize turtle swimming close by. The Barton Creek area is so well maintained with labeled trees so you can learn about them. We were the only two people there with our guide so it was even more special. Our guide Jason was excellent. He as a great driver as we had to drive through two shallow rivers and on some rough roads that added to the adventure. He smoothly paddled us in the cave and provided information about the history and geological formations. A completely awesome day. Highly recommend Maya Walk tours for all you tour needs! We only had time for 3 tours but each one was well worth the time and cost.★

Great experience. A perfect combination of relaxation, fun and adventure amidst forest, water, birds and animals.
Jiovani and David tag teamed to drive the group, Captain the boat and cook for us.
We went in a pontoon to 3 waterfalls cum pools. The first one was a large pool where we swam, the 2nd one was the adventure. We climbed up the falls walking up the rocks with the water flowing down. Jiovani was very familiar with the lay of the land and was very encouraging. He made the whole climb up ( and down ) the 5 sets of falls very simple. It was a total blast. Special Thanks to Jiovani for making it remarkable★

This was an incredible once in a lifetime experience. Swimming through the Mayan cave and maneuvering through rocks. Stunning formations! Sooo many artificers in one place. And our guide Glis was very helpful, knowledgeable and funny!
