During our 7-hour layover, we were able to take a good shower, eat as much as we wanted, and stay the entire time as it was practically empty! The reservation was made the same day and confirmed in less than a minute! I highly recommend it.

The tranquil environment, predominantly frequented by Europeans and Americans with only a few Asians (Taiwan and South Korea), made it very relaxing. The fruit selection was limited (watermelon, pineapple, dragon fruit). The self-service cooked food was disappointing, mainly Indian cuisine, including curry chicken. A young, handsome man was cooking Pad Thai and wontons on-site. However, most of these dishes were only lukewarm, barely warm. There were also sandwiches, cakes, breads, biscuits, and salads. Surprisingly, there was no toilet in the lounge! As before, I had to leave temporarily. Overall, aside from the mediocre food quality, it was definitely a peaceful place to rest.

I stored my luggage in the BKK airport with Bellugg and it was almost too easy. I dropped it off right after my flight and the check in process was seamless. Then at the end of my trip I wanted to rearrange my bags and they actually delivered my luggage to my hotel for me and I didn’t even have to think about it. It was so nice to not have to drag my suitcase all over Thailand!

I failed several times trying to fill it out on my own, but when I entrusted it to an agency, it was handled smoothly with just a few documents and questions. It was so convenient. If I have the chance again, I will definitely highly recommend it.
