Excellent tour though SmileLine Tours. We purchased a 3 pm tour at the travel information center at the Blackheads building on the Dom (City Hall) Square. Gutrun (sp?) only had 2 of us and spent quality time with us explaining Latvian recent history (including her personal experiences). The history of Riga is awesome and this tour (2 hours) filled in my lack of knowledge on this awesome historical city.

This is a great way to learn and navigate around the beautiful city of Riga, the tour guide was great and spoke great English. Very informative.
