This trip was an excellent experience. The driver/guide was professional and attentive, providing meticulous care throughout the trip. His detailed explanations and well-planned itinerary made us feel completely at ease. Mr. Lin, the driver/guide, is an excellent driver; he safely brought my family and me back to the hotel even in heavy rain on the return trip. Mr. Lin is also a fantastic photographer. Many thanks! The customer service was also very patient and responsible, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring smooth communication throughout the trip. There were absolutely no hidden costs or extra fees. We had a worry-free and comfortable trip, and my family was extremely satisfied. Highly recommended!
