The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. It was a lovely day out and being in a small group definitely has its benefits. Our guide and driver Filipe, albeit being very new, did his best and we all appreciated him. I, however, would strongly suggest the tour company to have some sort of microphone facility in the car as we it’s extremely hard to hear him especially in the last row of the car.
