The steam train and penguin day trip was very well-organized, with visits to the town and other scenic spots interspersed throughout. The Nobbles boardwalk on Phillip Island was beautiful, and we saw a few penguins beforehand. In the evening, we saw even more penguins on the viewing platform and boardwalk, which exceeded our expectations. We thought we would be lucky to see a few, but Phillip Island was truly teeming with penguins at night, making it a very interesting experience.★

Since it was a small group, the driver picked us up at the hotel on time. The small crowds made the experience very good. The steam train burned coal, and the smoke was a bit dirty. I was covered in fine coal dust when I returned, so I tried not to open my mouth when facing the wind. The penguins were cute, and you could see them up close on the boardwalk. The starry sky was also beautiful. I had already seen the zoo in Brisbane, so I didn't go. I felt that an hour was a bit tight for the zoo. I would like to praise the driver and tour guide, Banban, for his steady driving and also for teaching us some sightseeing tips.★

Very friendly family run Homestay , close to walking street and the room is clean , walk thru alley and no cars pass by but accessible with motorcycle★
