I used to travel around Turkey and France by buying local SIM cards, but it could get quite expensive and inconvenient. Later, I found out that using an eSIM is much easier—especially if your phone supports it. It’s also more affordable. I bought one for my Europe trip, and it worked across multiple countries like Luxembourg, Turkey, France, Austria, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic. I installed it back in Russia, and it worked immediately upon arrival in Istanbul. It also works great in the Netherlands and Germany, with 5G connectivity. Data usage is very economical; I used 2GB a day, which turned out to be plenty. I fit it into 1, even though I use my phone constantly.

It connects normally, and you can even make international calls. I have no complaints whatsoever. I used it in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, and Andorra. It was about 5000 yen cheaper than the currently popular Trifa and Orafly. For a month-long trip, even while watching videos and using maps, I only used about 70 gigabytes.

It’s working good until I select the network option by myself. Setup automatically isn’t working at all.
