Our guide, Liao Flin, picked us up from the hotel promptly at 9:00 AM, showed us all the sights, and was very friendly and attentive. He helped us communicate with local vendors and get the best price. He also shared information about the area. He took photos and pointed out the best spots we wouldn't have found on our own. We communicated seamlessly via WeChat. We were very pleased with the tour.

I bought this tour because I was afraid to travel alone.The driver was absolutely amazing he took us places that we wanted to see he also took us to a very nice place that wasn't on the program just because we were passing and it wasn't very difficult for him to go there so he thought on his feet and he actually made this trip very special. When we stopped for lunch he suggested which dishes I could take so that I could taste the cuisine of the region and I loved it. The communication went through the translation app, but it wasn't a problem at all. Also, people from the office were very professional and good at communicating the details, times and any important informstion. Highly recommended.

A beautiful cruise, with a splendid view, comfortably admired from a brand new, comfortable ship, and a delicious lunch buffet served with fruit snacks and traditional sweets. The pick-up from our hotel was also punctual. An experience not to be missed. Excellent service, congratulations.

Although the driver didn't speak much English, he provided me information enough to successfully be a part of a group. I knew where we were, how long we were going to stay there. So it all was completely hassle free. The only thing was the seat in the bus completely at the back I was not very comfortable , but the driver tried to do his best to accommodate me. Further the tour was completely according to the description. Lunch was amazing. Things we saw were fantastic.

The day trip was about 13 hours long. Meeting point was easy to find. The tour guide arrived punctually at 7.10am. There were 33 of us in the tour group and travelled using a bus. However the bus was not very clean and new. The seats looked dated. The curtains and headrest were smelly. The tour guide was very responsible and made sure that everyone was safe and arrived on time. He also explained in depth of the scenic point and the background of the surrounding area. There was very limited choices for lunch in the scenic area. It may be worthwhile to pack your own lunch. The waterfalls were spectacular and the highlight of the trip. There was an option to take the raft to be up front and close to the waterfalls. It was worth doing it. Overall a very enjoyable trip for the day.
