This is our fourth trip to Lombok and the Gilis since 2021 with Jonny Tour. The service is always excellent, fast response, and affordable. On all four trips, we were always accompanied by our beloved driver and guide, Mr. Jamil, who was always there for us.
This time, we stayed for five days on Gili Trawangan, and Jonny Tour provided all the amenities we wanted. We requested a fishing trip, and my son was thrilled to be able to fish in the middle of the ocean. The snorkeling experience was satisfying, and the photos and videos turned out great.

If you want to discover a seabed teeming with a diversity of colors, corals, and fish, this is the attraction to do, with the added bonus of an encounter with turtles that brings its share of surprises. If there's one downside, it's the visit to the statues on Gili Meno, but that's because the site is very touristy and some people there lack a bit of manners… Otherwise, the guide (August) was very friendly and suggested we eat at a small, unusual beach bar where we could see baby turtles and enjoyed typical local dishes.★

This was my first time booking a ferry ticket from Bali to Gili Gili Trawangan on Trip.com. It was with WAHANA ferry company. After booking, a ferry representative contacted me quickly via WhatsApp to ask if I needed a transfer (for an additional fee). The ticket price on Trip.com was similar to booking directly on the ferry company's website. At the pier, I had to pay a port tax when checking in. The fare to Gili Trawangan was 30,000 Indonesian Rupiah per person. The entire process, from check-in to boarding, was very clear, with staff providing guidance. Bottled water was provided upon boarding, making for a very pleasant experience. I would definitely use this service again next time.★
