Punctual pickup at the agreed meeting point and good instructions for the Tongarino Alpine Crossing Track. There's also the option of being picked up back at the starting point if you have to cut the track short (for an extra charge). Everything was excellent; I highly recommend the service. Since I wasn't staying in a hotel but had rented a holiday home, I was dropped off right in front of it in the afternoon.★

Excellent hike; Carlene was a fantastic guide, helpful, knowledgeable and managing the group well. Day began grey and wet but brightened up shortly into the walk and ended with blue skies and lovely weather. Made us feel that we should perhaps have gone on for the full hike (next time perhaps).
