Customer service was very responsive and patient. It was my first time going to Jungfraujoch, and I was a little hesitant without experiencing it firsthand. The train, cable car, and cogwheel train transfers sound complicated. Booking this ticket was cheaper than buying it separately, and most importantly, the customer service explained everything in detail. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍

Kid was the best guide anyone could ask for. Always willing to assist, and stoped for plenty of photo opportunities. He will become your personal photographer for the day. Whether it’s a foggy or clear day, Kid will make sure it’s a fantastic experience!

The itinerary was a bit tight, but the weather was great for taking photos, the tour guide was enthusiastic, and the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend taking a road trip if you have the chance.
