My wife and I always try to take a cooking class to experience local cooking foods , ingredients and techniques. We had an amazing time with Manuel. We had a fun and educational experience. Lots of laughs and wonderful food

It was a unique experience; we saw dolphins swimming very close to us from the boat, almost touching them with our toes. An unexpected surprise: we also saw a huge whale breaching near us.
