I was late for my lessons and she kindly rescheduled and allowed me to change the location too as we had left Rusutsu for Niseko. Weather was terrible, ski lifts was closed and we rescheduled again!! So lucky with Olivia. She sent Vee, so kind and so patient. Will definitely book with Olivia again next time.

I’m very grateful to Coach Liao for teaching snowboarding today. It was my first time learning snowboarding, and he taught us very patiently, guiding each of us one by one, which allowed me to learn the basic snowboarding skills in just one day.
