Overall, a great tour! Unfortunately, we had rain, but we were given a poncho. Transportation and lunch were well-organized! The explanations during the tour were comprehensive and enthusiastic. The group wasn't too large, which is also nice. Because of the boat trip, it's recommended not to go on a rainy day!

I had a great experience with Trang An, especially with Trang from Happy's team who coordinated my transport. She got in touch via WA and introduced herself and was very responsive when I text her about locating the limousine van or changing my schedule. She went above and beyond by texting me to ensure I caught my rescheduled ride and that there were no problems. The limousine van itself had very comfortable seats and the driver drove very safely. Really happy with the service.

The experience was truly interesting, and we got to know the other participants in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The climb up Mua Mountain and the canoe trip were particularly enjoyable. Our only slight complaint was our guide, whose English wasn't always up to scratch.


