It's a Gazelle, by the way. But the interior isn't like a minibus, with comfortable, leather-like seats. The route from Nha Trang to Dalat is very scenic, as Dalat is in the mountains. At times, the road seemed dangerous; mudslides do happen there. But the driver was professional, and we had a wonderful ride, stopping once for 20 minutes.

Everything is great, only the TV doesn't work, they give out water and cake, one stop during the day, toilet in the cabin, the ride is 7 hours, they write reviews about bedbugs, something really bit, I felt irritated, overall a great trip

The trip was excellent. The bus company representative sent me a WhatsApp message after booking and a scanned copy of my ticket. They also sent a reminder the day before departure. The bus was excellent and clean. We stopped at a cafe for a snack three hours after departure.

They kindly wrote my name tag, waited for me, and even contacted me via KakaoTalk. I had set the destination to Nha Trang city center and entered the hotel name, but it seems there were many hotels with similar names. They reminded me of the destination again, so I was able to explain correctly that it wasn't the right place, and they dropped me off safely. They were kind and drove fast.

Before the trip, staff will inform you of the pick-up point and arrival time. The bus was nice and comfortable, the driver was polite and provided good service. The drive was smooth; I even slept the whole way! 😆
