Overall, it was a very good tour, with lots of animals, but I think it's more suitable for families with children. Kids will definitely find it incredibly interesting and enjoyable. The guide was excellent, the tour plan was excellent, and everything was great. The bird show was interesting, the monkey island was cool, and the circus was also great. They give out free sun hats, which is nice. The boat ride from island to island is also great.★

We loved everything. We booked the resort in advance when planning our stay in Vietnam. We exchanged the voucher for tickets without any hassle at the ticket counter. We loved the mud baths, herbal baths, and wide selection of pools. It's clean, the staff is polite and helpful, and electric carts drive around the grounds. There's a water park and a restaurant. The grounds are spacious and well-maintained. We spent most of the day at the resort, relaxing and thoroughly enjoying ourselves.★

I booked on both arrival and departure. For arrival, it seems only slightly faster than general queue line probably due to early morning landed at the airport around 8 am. For departure, yes, it is significantly faster than general queue. But you still need to go into another queue line (join with other) for security screening. Unless you buy a super vip fast track which will have different queue line for security screening.Trip.com picks
