A staff member meets you, guides you through a priority lane, and handles the process smoothly. It’s especially useful during peak hours, late-night arrivals, or when traveling with family. However, on quiet days, the normal queue can be short, making the service feel unnecessary. Overall, it’s a “pay for convenience” option—worth it if you value time and comfort, but optional if you don’t mind waiting a bit.

I booked this excursion for two adults and two children. The youngest child, who is 92 cm tall, traveled free, and the oldest, who is 130 cm tall, needed a child ticket. We were picked up from our hotel on time in a large, air-conditioned bus. The guide organized everything well, though. He spoke English, but everything was clear. The departure from the pier was quick. First, we went to Orchid Island, then Monkey Island. We had lunch on the first island. We loved everything. The guide was always there to help with any questions. Thank you, we loved everything!

I enjoyed the tour. The process itself was well organized. One caveat, though: we were seated with Chinese people. So, the tour was in Chinese. We didn't speak English, but fortunately there was a translator, so the whole process was clear. At the end, we even met some Chinese people and chatted. It was an experience, yes, but nothing more. Everything was very well planned, down to the minute.

We loved the excursion, my daughter absolutely loved it! We visited two islands, rode an inflatable slide, snorkeled, tried SUPs, had a cocktail party, and the entertainment was fantastic! The guys were so funny! We were also lucky with our group; everyone was from different countries, but everyone understood each other, made each other laugh, and supported each other. We had a great time! The food and drinks were excellent 😁 and the transfer from and to the hotel was excellent. Thank you for an unforgettable day 😍❤️❤️❤️ The nature is so beautiful!!! There aren't many photos because there are so many videos 😁

I had trouble connecting at first, but everything worked perfectly! I turned it on right at the airport and off we went. I've been to Ho Chi Minh City, Da Lat, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Hanoi, and everything worked perfectly everywhere, with no outages. I only used up 5GB of data per day once, when I was listening to Yandex Music (not downloaded tracks, but Vodno). On the other days, messaging, surfing the web, and watching Instagram videos used no more than 2-3GB per day. I didn't use customer support, but I gave it 5 stars so as not to lower the rating because I was completely satisfied.
