From the very beginning, he was incredibly attentive, providing plenty of useful information, insightful tips, and fascinating facts throughout the journey. We truly felt well guided and looked after, which made the entire experience both enjoyable and stress-free. The itinerary was perfectly balanced – a wonderful mix of scenic stops, cultural highlights, and time to relax and take in the breathtaking views. We had a wonderful day exploring the towns of Como, Lugano and Bellagio with our guide Andre. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the area and provided great stories, history and “gossip” of the area. You can truly feel his passion, and that André loves what he does. The transportation was excellent, we had a huge coach bus which was kept nice and warm on the cold fall day we took the tour. Andre provided lunch recommendations and we had plenty of free time to explore. He kept us safe from exorbitant prices and “tourist traps” and guided us where to and where not to buy certain things like Swiss chocolate, coffee, water, meals etc. Overall, the trip was great value and we loved our day! The boat ride back was busy but again, Andre kept us close and gave us some great stories and pointed out celebrities homes along the way. Highly recommended!
