You pass through the ticket gate by scanning the QR code. There is a luggage space to store your carry-on luggage, and even though I went there during the day on a weekday, it was very empty. Central Station is directly connected to a shopping mall. I didn't have to exchange money at the airport, but was able to exchange it at a good rate inside the shopping mall.
