Very convenient! Go to the second floor, collect your tickets, and fill out the Thailand arrival card. Sample forms are available to help you fill it out, and the staff will patiently assist you. Remember to board the boat later, as the large boat will transfer to a smaller one. Try to get a seat towards the back of the first small boat, so you'll be the first one to arrive on the island and avoid long queues for immigration. Get your passport back first, then proceed with immigration.★

The booking process was easy; we got our tickets at the pier ticket office, which was cheaper than paying cash. There were still seats available on the boat, and you can also check in your luggage.★

The pick-up and drop-off service was so convenient; we could just wait for the car at the hotel. Since we were staying at the Phi Phi North Nature Resort, we booked a ride to Lanthong Pier. We had to transfer boats directly at sea near Tonsai Bay, which was a bit inconvenient for those prone to seasickness, as we had to wait for the other boat. We waited quite a while; we departed at 8:30 AM and didn't disembark until 11:30 AM. Then the hotel's tractor came to pick us up. Aside from the long journey time, it was very convenient.★

Easy booking from your app. Once confirmed, you will be provided with the local mobile number of the agency handling the service. You can then link up with the agent in charge regarding pick up arrangements. This service provided direct transfer service from Pakbara pier to Koh Lipe, unlike a previous different service that make a 30 min stop in another island before continuing to Koh Lipe. So this service is definitely better.★

I bought a ferry ticket with transfer from my hotel in Phuket Town to the ferry and back to my hotel in Krabi. The driver picked us up at 7:45 AM, as stated on the voucher, took us to the pier, and told us where to go. We went to the appropriate counter, signed up, got stickers, and boarded the ferry, which was a two-hour ride. There weren't many people there. Upon arrival, they directed us where to go, told us the name of the hotel, and showed us which car to board. Convenient.★
