A wonderful day trip to Bromo (including sunrise). Patrick is an excellent driver and guide for this trip. Very helpful and thoughtful. As the description states: it's a spartan jeep ride, which is indeed a bit of a challenge (especially on the way there in the middle of the night; a motion sickness pill is worth considering).

The customer service was proficient and arranged very quickly. The driver also worked very hard. Thanks for the arrangement. We flew from Bali to Surabaya specifically to see the volcano, just for Bromo. After setting off from the city at 23:00, we arrived at the top of the mountain. In order to see the starry sky, we waited for a while on the top of the mountain early. Even with the thick clothes we rented, we still felt a little cold. The clouds and mist slowly dissipated at sunrise, and we finally saw the volcano itself at dawn. When we came, we were still worried that we would not be able to see it due to fog. It really felt like a super spectacular painting. The horizontal screen of the mobile phone could not capture it in full. The surround photography was worth the several hours of waiting. Fortunately, we came. The volcano was still hot, and many people came to check in. The experience this night was very cool. After the driver and we arrived at the top of the mountain, he took a break and took us to the observation deck. We went to the highest point to wait, and the wind was whistling.
