My family and I had an unforgettable day with Robert! He was an exceptional Captain and I can't express enough how amazing our experience was! Robert picked us up from our Hotel, making traveling a breeze. The boat ride to our destination was so relaxing, and my kids absolutely loved it! Snorkeling was a blast, and lunch on Tortuga Island was absolutely delicious! My 6-year-old twins and 10-year-old son adored the sub wing! I went twice and felt like a mermaid swimming in the water. We were incredibly fortunate to see a pod of dolphins swimming alongside the boat on our ride home on water that looked like glass! When we come back, we will definitely hire Robert again! Thank you, Robert, for helping us create these precious memories! It was an incredibly memorable day!★

Had a great experience. Did the 8:30am tour and there was only 3 of us. Saw lots of birds and crocodiles and one crocodile came really close to the boat. Was amazing. I recommend ★

The communication prior to arrival along with the pick up and drop off was amazing. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the initial host.
Then we hit a little stumble with the second person. She seemed frustrated by having such a big group and loud excited bunch to get going. Huge negative attitude towards us, I tried to apologize for our group and she said “ please tell them to be quiet or I will not deal with you” luckily her coworker came to the rescue and helped her annoyed coworker.
Then we proceeded to meet the ATV guides - they were fantastic! So patient with a large group allowed us to feel at ease even after stressing the importance of safety.
The ZipLine guys as well amazing! I was glad that after that bit of a stumble it didn’t affect the rest of the experience. The bar was awesome and served us quickly. At the end we had a blast.★

Reviews: 10 Hidden Waterfalls With Local Cuisine

I really enjoyed the waterfalls, except I was scared most of the time. I don’t think this should be called a “hike.” Well, 75% is hiking, some on narrow trails without handrails. The other 25% is spent climbing slippery rocks on the edge of waterfalls. The waterfalls are quite pretty, but hard to appreciate as I trembled on the edge. Perhaps, I should have done more research before booking this. We live in Colorado and are experienced hikers, so maybe I was overconfident.
I asked the guide how many people had died on the trail. He said none, which was a surprise. I kept imagining having to use our travel insurance to get a helicopter after I slipped and hit my head on a rock. I’m not really exaggerating. That said, our teenagers had a blast. They were expecting a boring hike (ugh, mom), but instead got to pull themselves up waterfalls with ropes while watching their mother have a panic attack.
The provided lunch was good, if a bit garlicky. Bring mints.
The guide was great. He always came back to help me when I thought I could go no further.
The first mile of the so-called hike was along a riverbed, which was quite peaceful. It belied the next mile, most of which I spent thankful that I’d recently updated my will.
