The Brazilian islands and states were great, excellent value, and smooth travel! I bought a 30-day, 10GB plan, and found myself constantly scrolling through Instagram videos, using navigation while driving, and using Mee Asp. After 40 days, I only used 4GB, so I renewed for 5GB per month when it expired. Saving a little money made it a great deal.

After payment, the code arrived immediately. Installation on the mobile phone was easy, following the instructions. After installation at the airport, I connected to the internet immediately. In my case, the phone settings blocked access from the eSIM to the browser and other apps, so I contacted customer support. They responded immediately, explained everything in detail, and quickly helped resolve the issue. Internet access was available immediately after activating the settings on the phone. The SIM card wasn't the issue. The connection was excellent, with good internet coverage everywhere. Sharing the service with other phones, iPads, and MacBooks was also easy. I liked the service and recommended it to my friends ♥️

The network signal in the entire area is very good, though the signal is weaker in some parts. But it doesn't matter.

I was able to use it with some problems in Quito and the Galapagos Islands in Ecuador, and in Lima, Peru. It briefly stopped working when I traveled from Isabela Island to Santa Cruz Island in the Galapagos Islands, but it was resolved within about four hours after contacting support. However, in Huaraz, Peru, the speed was extremely slow, barely enough to use Google Maps.

Excellent connectivity when travelling. It was very important to me to have internet access as English is not commonly spoken and Google translate was critical to a smooth trip in Sao Paolo.

Easy to download and install with options for Trip.com app or with the QR code (I used the QR code in the end). Roaming from France but works well in HK with 3G 4G options not sure if have 5G yet!
