Lilian was very friendly throughout the entire excursion. He gave us lots of explanations and advice for the rest of our trip. A big thank you to Michelle who agreed to change our tour time at the last minute due to a flight cancellation. The excursion was fantastic, even in the rain; we were able to discover the magnificent Silfra fissure.

I had many booking channels, but ultimately chose Ctrip because their Black Diamond membership makes communication easier with any issues. The visit itself was fine; three hours was about right—just enough time to experience and see what the glacier was like. It was pretty good, and the photos turned out quite well.

I spent 10 days in Italy, and the internet speed was smooth and the price was reasonable. Outside the city, the connection was intermittent but quickly reconnected. I mostly uploaded photos to the cloud, using about 15GB in 10 days. Since I was on a tour, I spent most of my time visiting museums and following the itinerary, so I didn't have time to use my phone. Overall, I found it useful. (Be careful of pickpockets in Milan, Rome, and Florence).


