Here's a photo of the shop where you can pick up your ticket. It's less than 10 meters from the actual scene depicted on the back of the 20,000 Vietnamese Dong banknote; you can't drive in by car. The ancient town has a great atmosphere. Let's Go Travel and Boat Lantern Tour—this is the English address I got from the taxi fare shown to me based on the Vietnamese address provided by the shop owner.

I went on a tour of BA NA HILLS for the first time and was in a group with foreign tourists, and the guide spoke English. Since I don't speak any English, other than "😂How much," we communicated with the guide through a translator! If you're going for the first time, I recommend going with a guide, as there are many locations, and it's easy to miss something or get lost. Our guide, Khan, is such a sweet guy. We quickly got through all the lines with him, he accompanied us everywhere, and he practically held my hand, since I'm the only one who doesn't understand everything, plus I'm young, and I'm traveling alone. The tour was fantastic, a must-see! I loved it, and the weather added a mystical touch: it started out hot and sunny, then fog rolled in after half an hour, then a downpour began—it was all so mesmerizing. There were 11 people in the group, guys from different countries, all positive and cheerful, and I'm grateful for everyone's support! A special thank you and a deep bow to Guide Khan for taking care of me and everyone. You're the best!

The tour guide Chang was really amazing. Very positive energy. The tour was great. Recommend the Vietnamese restaurant rather than indian. The tour was really great.
