This excursion left a huge impression on us! Our emotions were off the charts, and the reality exceeded our wildest expectations! I can honestly say it was absolutely fantastic!!! It was so exciting: in one day, we managed to sail on three different boats, sunbathe on the beach, and swim in the gentle sea. The views were simply stunning! We were also very pleased with the lunch! The food was fresh and delicious! We were seated at tables of six, and each course was served one after another, and everything we were served was simply wonderful! Perhaps the weather also played a role – it was a very sunny and warm day. Overall, everything worked out so well that now I think it was probably the best excursion of my life!🥰

We booked our cruise with Taliya to Ha Long Bay and had a very good overall experience. The guide contacts you on WhatsApp the night before to confirm pickup details. We weren’t staying in the Hanoi Old Quarter, so we arranged pickup from a hotel there. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage. The bus ride from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and back was comfortable. Our guide, Alan, kept us informed throughout the trip, explaining the schedule and activities clearly. On board, each family or couple was assigned a dedicated waiter, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet had a good variety of seafood and other dishes. We travelled with our two children and they really enjoyed the experience. The bamboo boat ride was scenic and relaxing, and kayaking was also available. Just remember to keep some small cash for tips (boat rower, waiter, and driver). Also note that drinks is not included. Overall, a smooth, well-run cruise.

I had trouble connecting at first, but everything worked perfectly! I turned it on right at the airport and off we went. I've been to Ho Chi Minh City, Da Lat, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Hanoi, and everything worked perfectly everywhere, with no outages. I only used up 5GB of data per day once, when I was listening to Yandex Music (not downloaded tracks, but Vodno). On the other days, messaging, surfing the web, and watching Instagram videos used no more than 2-3GB per day. I didn't use customer support, but I gave it 5 stars so as not to lower the rating because I was completely satisfied.
