We really enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Tony, spoke good, understandable English. The bus was comfortable, and we departed on time. We had plenty of time at all stops. Each guest received two bottles of water, and a buffet lunch was included. Additional expenses included: tips for the boatman, driver, and optional drinks.★

Apart from a bumpy start due to traffic, I had such an amazing day with our guide Lee. He was very informative and tried his best to communicate well with everyone. He was constantly making sure he had everyone in our group when it came to departing from locations. He volunteered to take pictures and videos if we needed them. He gave encouraging words when climbing those gazillion steps to see the most beautiful views. I would do any tour with him as my guide.★

The tour guide was very nice and helpful, and he explained very detailed information at each destination. Lunch was okay, and the driver was nice. I just didn’t expect that even with a VIP small group tour, we would still need to walk over 15,000 steps in one day.
Overall, the communication, guide, transportation, and small group experience were very good. However, I strongly recommend the company add more details to the website description, especially about the amount of walking and physical activity involved, so guests can be better prepared.★

Everything was as described, picked up from the hotel. The shelves don't fold out completely, which isn't very comfortable. There's a blanket and a pillow. Upon arrival, we were supposed to be taken to the port, but the driver said, "Walk; it's 300 meters." Then he showed us a car and said we'd have to wait for the car. I went to the restroom. As soon as I left, I saw the car was already leaving. So I had to walk anyway. So, the organization before the trip was good, but afterward, no one cares about you.★

I went on the Ninh Binh day trip, which went to Hoa Lu - Mua Caves - Trang An . The whole day was brilliantly organised by Luca. He messaged in the day leading up to confirm the pickup times and locations, also gave plenty of history and context, whilst also adding in a bunch of jokes! The history he guided us through at the first stop was super fascinating! Overall would highly recommend doing Ning Binh through this group if you’re looking for one! Hits all the right spots.
