I really appreciated the staff's service, and it's close to the British Museum, about a 15-minute walk. It's a great location, incredibly clean, and I tried the breakfast buffet, which was very good, offering the basics but still quite nice.

I haven't used the "Customer Support" rating, so I've given it "Average," but that just means I didn't encounter any inconveniences that would require contacting support.
