OK! Kenny team! The young, cute, and energetic tour guides were cheerful and friendly. The one-day tour was full of attractions, and the explanations and consideration for travelers during the trip were excellent. The Chang An boat tour was several times better than Ha Long Bay, and I created truly precious memories with my family. Thank you, Kenny.

Amazing tour from Heritage, and our guide Two was awesome, funny and knowledgable at the same time. The pick up was right on time, smooth ride, the locations they picked for the tour were amazing, we had enough time fo visit everything. Also the lunch was rich and amazing. We booked a Ninh Binh tour and the guide was very kind and came to our accommodation at 7:30. The itinerary was very well planned and we had a comfortable trip. He was very kind and gave us a lot of information while we were traveling together. I highly recommend him!!

When planning my trip, I decided to stay in Hanoi first and then move to Tam Coc (Ninh Binh) for a few days. I found some good options there and booked a limousine transfer. They picked me up on time in the morning (on time), and the drive took several hours to get to my destination. The highway is uneven, the car was constantly bouncing, and the driver didn't even slow down over the bumps. When we arrived in Ninh Binh, those traveling to Tam Coc were transferred to another car and driven to the main street. The hotel was literally a three-minute walk away, but they could have taken us there! Incidentally, the drivers don't speak English, so they always kept quiet and communicated with gestures. Overall, I loved it. I highly recommend it. Have a great trip! Natalie Fastenbelts.

Overall, the tour was very interesting. The guide seemed professional: he talked a lot, answered our questions thoroughly, and was engaging. The tour began with a bus transfer. We then headed to Din Bin Temple. Electric cars took us to the complex itself. The complex is new—we didn't visit the older part. We also paid an extra fee to climb the pagoda, which offers panoramic views of the entire complex. Lunch was average: mostly meat and tofu, almost everything fried. There were few stews or lighter dishes, but there were plenty of side dishes. Then we rode boats for about two hours. There was no narration at this point—it was more of a stroll, during which we simply enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Afterwards, we climbed the cliff. We did the climb without a guide. We didn't take the left route all the way to the top, as people said it was slippery. Nevertheless, the complex itself turned out to be interesting and beautiful.


