I took this class with Francesca in early September. Francesca was so lively and did a very nice job of ensuring everyone understood and heard each and every step. After reading some reviews I wasn’t sure if I was going to actually learn how to make the sauces; Francesca explained the entire process step-by-step. A month later, I was able to accurately re-create a Tuscan Ragú with homemade pappardelle. The wine was great. The people were great. It was an overall excellent experience. Thank you, Francesca, for sharing your family recipes!
I came before the rest of my group came to Italy; I wish I would’ve been able to find some thing for our large group just like this!★

Chef Jannino was amazing and fun! Inspiring for kids as he had them cook the gelato. Was actually a lot of fun for adults and kids or even just adults! Chef kept it entertaining and had great recommendations for local restaurants so make sure to ask!★

One of the best afternoons ever and a perfect birthday treat for my Fiancée Carmen. Antonio the Chef and instructor is perfect in this role engaging the whole group and giving you some new skills. Making pasta and drinking Chianti is very therapeutic believe it or not. Antonio also got everyone to sing Happy Birthday to Carmen and gave her a small cake with Candles. Worth every penny and magical photos and memories of Florence- thank you
