Really.. Every moment was a perfect experience! First of all, he came to the hotel to pick up from dawn and gave me a glass of water! Really... attentive and thankful! On the way to the hot air balloon, he gave me a lot of information about Florence! Very informative ๐ Also, I was a little worried because it was my first time in a hot air balloon, but I was able to ride without fear and not be nervous! If you apply for this tour, you will have a ecstatic and happy experience!! Watching the sunrise in the hot air balloon is a very special experience! ๐ซ ๐ We were lucky to have only our family on the hot air balloon, but the family loved it so much! The hot air balloon driver is also witty and kind!! After riding the hot air balloon, we celebrated and bursting champagne and Tuscany local food made us even more buzzing ๐๐ฅ๐พ I want to come back next time ๐ Special and happy for my family Thank you very much for making me full of memories โจ๐๐ป And thank you for taking pictures and videos with drones and good cameras ๐โ

I took this class with Francesca in early September. Francesca was so lively and did a very nice job of ensuring everyone understood and heard each and every step. After reading some reviews I wasnโt sure if I was going to actually learn how to make the sauces; Francesca explained the entire process step-by-step. A month later, I was able to accurately re-create a Tuscan Ragรบ with homemade pappardelle. The wine was great. The people were great. It was an overall excellent experience. Thank you, Francesca, for sharing your family recipes!
I came before the rest of my group came to Italy; I wish I wouldโve been able to find some thing for our large group just like this!โ

The pasta sauces were amazing! To be clear about this experience, you are making 3 types of pasta with the dough. The instructor is making the sauce. This would be good for people who are home cooks and mostly beginners. You arenโt getting a full on culinary school lesson. Overall, well worth it and a good time! The staff was very nice and everything was well-prepared for the group.โ

Alex was a very dedicated tour guide; he did everything he was supposed to do. The experience was great! I even bought some black vinegar paste from the old man's general store in Xi'anna โ it tasted like time! Fantastic! ๐๐ป๎ฅ
