Nikki is the most incredible tour guide I’ve ever had; she is immensely knowledgeable and passionate and an all-round incredible human being. We saw so much wildlife on this tour and had such an amazing time. Nikki gives you an authentic experience of Kangaroo Island and knowledge of the wildlife. The trip was fantastic, offering an immersive experience in the local culture and plenty of opportunities to spot wildlife. The only downside was the bus ride to the ferry-it was quite uncomfortable, with no toilet facilities, non-reclining seats, and no USB charging ports.

The trip from Adelaide was incredibly smooth, and the tour guide was superb, explaining the island's ecology and seal habits in a vivid and engaging way. Arriving at Seal Bay, seeing the sea lions lazily basking in the sun up close was so therapeutic! The cuddly little guys were either rolling around or napping, absolutely adorable! The beach was clean, the sea breeze was refreshing, and there wasn't a single unpleasant moment. I even took tons of beautiful, heartwarming photos – definitely worth coming back for!


