It works in a lot of countries, the price isn't anything amazing especially depending where you are traveling but it is convenient. I would recommend getting 1gb per day and be prepared that the coverage isn't great.

I was flying in transit and spending a day in Astana. My carrier charges me almost three times as much for roaming and my meager data plan. Based on reviews, I got an eSIM here and was very happy. So far, we've only tested it in Dubai. We'll see how it goes outside of it: in Qatar and Bahrain. So far, everything's great; the signal quality and speed are excellent. I bought one for myself and my husband; the installation was easy; even a child could do it. Don't forget, you need to enable roaming on this new SIM card to use it.
