It's very easy to set up, and in case of emergency, the support team responds quickly. We stopped the data plan because it was difficult to track how much we were spending. We thought we were low, but it turned out we'd used it all. That was probably the only annoying issue. The connection is very good unless you download more than 1GB, then it just doesn't work at all, there's simply no connection. There's no way to see the remaining GB.
