Great experience, arrived at the rental location and had to wait approximately 15 minutes for bikes to be ready. Bike had a cable lockand a basket. We were provided helmets up request. The tour was unguided and unfortunately maps were not an option. However the bikes were in good condition, clean and operational. The tour was very simple as there were a green bike path to follow, which took us through San Juan and we were able to stop and take pictures of some historic sites along the way. Over all it was a good experience, and oh when we rode it was 95 degrees humid.. no bueno.. Great experience nonetheless.

The guide was very nice and knowledgeable. Due to the weather, which was no one's fault, we did not get to complete the tour. We did not make it to the rain forest. Puerto Rico closed the rain forest due to flooding. Since we only toured Old Dan Juan, the tour company kindly issued a refund.


