I highly recommend it! Everything was simple and clear! We booked and paid in the app with a Russian card. I also sent a WhatsApp message to the number provided. I received a message with clear and concise instructions in Russian. We were met at the airport and escorted past the huge check-in line (where we dropped off our luggage and asked for good window seats), then immediately taken to a separate window for passport control. The whole process took about 5-7 minutes!!! We were simply shocked that all these formalities could be completed so quickly. Thank you for such a great service! 🤝Trip.com Picks
