Everything is organized from picking up our ticket to welcoming guests. The polyglot performance is very insteresting as it keeps people entertained. Timing should be updated to 1.5hours not 3 hours.

An unusual trip—the itinerary and services provided were exactly as advertised. The team (both in Cairo and in the desert) worked exactly according to plan. We got what we expected 👌

Abdull was a good guide; he explained the places with photos and gave us time to go into all the places and take the photos we wanted.

We were incredibly lucky to have chosen a reliable travel agency on our first day in Egypt and met an excellent local guide, Mohammed (I might be forgetting his name). Egypt isn't full of scammers; this travel agency and guide were reliable and worth considering. First, the itinerary's pacing was excellent. We had communicated beforehand that we wanted about four hours at the Grand Egyptian Museum. The guide reminded us of the time allotted for the Giza Pyramids. Unfortunately, we encountered a sandstorm, so seeing three or four pyramids was enough—basically just taking photos. However, the Grand Egyptian Museum truly deserves more time. Our guide explained the most recommended exhibits in each of the 12 galleries, and then went on to the Tutankhamun exhibition. Don't just go for the Tutankhamun photo; the Grand Egyptian Museum has countless rare treasures. The guide talked for over four hours, until the kids were tired, but my husband and I were still engrossed. We even forgot about lunchtime, haha. Finally, I suggest you eat your group meals separately. It felt like a day of Egyptian history lessons—we learned so much! Before coming to Egypt, I mentally prepared myself countless times, and indeed encountered some unreliable travel agencies and guides. But I was also very lucky to choose this agency; they notified me of the departure dates in a group chat a few days beforehand. They were also more considerate than other agencies in one aspect. This might be due to cultural differences, but Egyptians have expected compensation for service and work hours. This agency negotiated an 8-hour service, allowing them to control the quality of the local tour operator. Overtime was charged, which also allowed them to negotiate quality and service control with the operator. Otherwise, like the unreliable agencies we encountered, everything was promised but nothing was controllable. Our fellow travelers with another agency in Luxor only spent 20 minutes at the Grand Egyptian Museum, frantically running around looking at the gold masks. We were so glad we chose the right agency in Cairo. This was the most willingly paid and most worthwhile trip I took in Egypt, where I tipped the guide the most. You can choose them with confidence, because others are far more unreliable. The day before we left Egypt, we ran into Mohammed again in front of the Hanging Church. Especially after our bad experience in Luxor, we felt even closer to him. We envied his fellow travelers for having such a good guide with them throughout the trip.
