Ho Chi Minh City Trip Review - Day 2 Today we set off in the late morning, heading to a small coffee shop called The Provincial Table. We weren't just going to have one cup of coffee, but four each! And not just any ordinary coffee, but a coffee-making class! In Vietnam, one thing you hardly need to look for is a coffee shop. My husband and I counted at least one hidden within 20 steps of a street. So, since we're in the city of coffee, we might as well learn how to make coffee properly. There were about 17 people in the class today. I was a little embarrassed because there were only 5 men, the rest were women. The instructor was very detailed, teaching everything from choosing coffee beans to measuring techniques. We made four different coffees: Vietnamese egg coffee, coconut coffee, milk coffee, and iced coffee. Each had a unique flavor. Learning, having fun, and enjoying the delicious coffee – this is truly the joy of travel for people like us! The class lasted two hours, but it felt like it went by in a flash, perhaps because we were having so much fun.

Very good, I contacted the spa in advance, booked an appointment for my preferred time, and added more treatments. The place is beautifully decorated, the staff is very attentive, and I was able to arrive almost an hour early (they accommodated me without any problems).

The food was exquisite. The service was excellent. The onboard entertainment was lively, including a magic show for the children. The whole family had a great time. They even provided a special car to take seniors with mobility issues to the ship's side – a very thoughtful touch.

Very good experience! Service is very good and cruise will bring you to see the beautiful night views of Saigon. Food is average but the ambience is 100%! There is live performance and also magic shows. Very entertaining. Highly recommend everyone who comes HCM to come experience this luxury dinner cruise experience!

We had an amazing time on this tour with Chrisa and her team! They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout the experience.The scooter ride around Saigon was exciting and a fun way to explore the city, and we were introduced to so many delicious local foods! Definitely came back with very full and happy stomachs! The team created such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and they were always happy to answer our questions and share insights about the city and its culture.Overall, this was one of the most memorable tours we’ve done. A fantastic way to experience HCM through its food, streets, and local stories. Highly recommended!


