I purchased this eSIM as I was travelling into a new country. After having a positive experience with eSIMs during my trip to Hong Kong it was a no brainer to have another for this trip. I have had no issues with the installation and activation. Just followed the simple instructions that came with the eSIM. I was immediately connected to the internet without any hitches. I used it when sightseeing in Zurich. The setup process involved opening the voucher sent via email, taking a photo of the QR code with another device, and scanning it on the device I was using, or opening the URL and scanning it. It was easy to set up. While it might depend on the location, I was able to use it in Liechtenstein, which is next to Switzerland, as it picked up Swiss signals. (Although I only used it for Google Maps.)★
