2. Hand luggage regulations:
1) Leaving luggage in the aisle inconveniences other passengers and hinders evacuation during emergencies. Please store your luggage in the bus storage compartment or overhead racks. Additionally, large carry-on items like travel bags or suitcases should be placed in the undercarriage luggage compartment. If you need assistance with luggage storage, please contact the attendant.
2) Do not store cash, precious metals, gemstones, securities, art antiques, musical instruments, or other valuables, as well as fragile items such as laptops, watches, cameras, and glassware that may be damaged by vibration in the vehicle's trunk. We recommend carrying these items with you and managing them personally. Please note that our company will not be responsible for any damage or loss of such luggage.
3. Baggage restrictions:
1) The flight attendant will provide you with a baggage tag. The maximum size for checked baggage is length + width + height ≤ 155 cm.
2) The weight limit for luggage is what one person can reasonably carry. Each guest can only store 1 piece of luggage in the trunk.
3) If baggage damage occurs due to overweight luggage, our company will not compensate for the loss.
4) Due to differences in vehicle construction, especially for passengers carrying oversized luggage, please consult customer support.
5) Additionally, the following items that may inconvenience other guests are prohibited, such as musical instruments, animals, folding bicycles, skiing equipment, golf equipment, bows and arrows, etc.
