I couldn’t have ever imagined a better tour guide than Alessandro. He was not only very knowledgeable about Rome, but he was very engaging and fun. He somehow seemed to know everyone’s name and made you feel special. He not only showed us and told us about many sites, but he also kept challenging and engaging us.gelato was also included. Reviews: Rome's Iconic Temple: Pantheon Audio Guided Tour with Fast Access

Having purchased the tickets online, we had to wait in line to pick up the "real" tickets at an office about 10 minutes away. Be aware that there is a line, so get there early. Although the reservation stated that the audio guides would be delivered inside the Pantheon, they were delivered to us at this office and must be returned to the same place after use.
Another thing to note is that the priority skip-the-line ticket isn't really skip-the-line...you just have to wait in line with everyone else with the same reservation. To be honest, the number of people waiting is impressive, but with a little patience, the line moves fairly quickly (on November 1st, we waited about 45 minutes, but believe us, we thought we'd be there for at least a couple of hours). It's also possible to enter with a ticket purchased on-site. The church is very beautiful and characteristic and is used for services, so silence and order must be respected. The audio guide was helpful in understanding the history and content. Duration: 45 min - 1 hour. Advised
