The itinerary was comprehensive, and the tour guide was professional and attentive. Although the boat trip couldn't be done on the same day, the second day's boat tour of Lake Geneva felt like a private boat trip, a truly wonderful experience.★

It was a joy to discover this beautiful landscape in the middle of August! The transfer to Annecy was cancelled, and the agency allowed me to visit the Mer de Glace glacier, its ice cave, and take the magnificent cog railway instead. It was a magical moment. Thank you!★
