It was amazing, I had a lot of fun and Raphael was very kind to all of us and willing to answer all our questions. The driver was very professional and the trip was very compliant. What I criticize is the fact of having 40 minutes to discover Seremione, which was not at all enough to discover such a beautiful city. I would have liked to have more time in Sermione than in Verona.

I was unsure about the meeting place, so I came to check it out beforehand, confirmed with the staff that it was the right place, and then made a reservation on the spot. The staff were very kind! Each gondola holds 5 people. The ride takes about 30 minutes. If you're not particular about the route, I think this experience is great! However, there was no walking guide as described.

Beautiful tour. Our guide, Chiara, was extremely knowledgeable and very good and interesting (one of the best guides I've ever had). The tour was very exciting, engaging, and useful because seeing those beautiful places with someone who explains what you see and tells you the history of the places and of Venice is something else entirely. It's absolutely worth it, and the price is fair for the excellent service provided and the time and care put into the tour.
