It was a great experience. The package I bought on Ctrip was a great deal, cheaper than buying it directly at the counter, and it even included a serving of takoyaki at the 58th-floor restaurant.
The scenery was also amazing. Highly recommended.★

The Osaka Amazing Pass doesn't need to be redeemed; just show the QR code on-site. You can choose three activities within a week. If your pre-planned itinerary includes these activities, it's worth buying the pass. I took the Dotonbori River Water Boat; I recommend arriving before sunset to take the boat and have dinner by the river in the evening. Around that time, take the subway to the Abeno 300 Observatory near Tennoji Station. Ticket sales stop at 9 PM and it closes at 10 PM. The 360-degree panoramic view of Osaka's nightscape is absolutely worth it. I didn't time my trip well with the third activity, the Sakisu Government House Observatory, and it was already closed when I arrived. I recommend using Google Maps; it will indicate whether it's closed.★

Used a luggage transport service from our Osaka hotel to our Kyoto hotel, and the experience was timely and completely hassle-free. It saved us from carrying heavy luggage and walking up and down staircases in subway stations, which made our journey much more comfortable.
The service promised delivery before 9:00 pm, and we received our luggage at the hotel around 7:00 pm, earlier than expected. Everything arrived safely and smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone traveling between cities in Japan.★

My trip to Osaka was from November 2nd to 6th, 2025. I bought the JR Kansai Mini Pass, which was quite convenient and cost-effective. I visited Kobe and Kyoto, both of which had new rapid transit lines. On the last day, I also took the Airport Express. Note that cars 5-8 on the Airport Express might be assigned to Wakayama, so be sure to take cars 1-4. I also took the Arashiyama Scenic Railway; make sure you buy the correct section ticket, as it offers round-trip tickets. I bought the wrong one.
