I found all of the folk at Samurai Honor to be welcoming, friendly and wonderful hosts. The experience was excellent and the photography superb. I truly enjoyed the activity. For those considering the option to wear full Samurai outfits, do note the Samurai armor is heavy and the walk is over 4km over differing terrain. Individuals need to be well conditioned to undertake this activity.

The tour was as expected. Although the guide's English wasn't great, he clearly made a concerted effort to provide good service despite his limitations. We had enough time to see the temples and Nara Park and appreciate the wonders of the place. I recommend this tour to anyone who needs it.

Kyoto and Nara are must-see destinations on any Kansai trip. Every corner of Kyoto exudes elegance and Zen-like tranquility; in Nara, the ancient trees and gentle, bowing deer of Todai-ji Temple add a touch of dynamism to this ancient capital. It was a very enjoyable trip. Our guide, Xiao Tian, was very nice and provided excellent service, introducing attractions and offering suggestions for the itinerary. The other members of our group were also very punctual, and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Traveling alone, I booked a day trip to Kyoto departing from Osaka. 😆 Our guide, ViVi, was very friendly and attentive, providing excellent explanations in both Chinese and English. There was plenty of time for sightseeing, making it a very fulfilling day. I have wonderful memories of Kyoto. 😊 The matcha ice cream 🍦 was so delicious! 🤤


